General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases and services of Mobivital.

Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Mobivital and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Ordering and Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. The delivery time is 3-5 business days. Mobivital is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions or transport problems.

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made via the offered payment methods. In the event of non-payment, Mobivital reserves the right to cancel the order.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receipt of the product without giving any reason. The product must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Liability

Mobivital is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order.

Complaints

Complaints regarding products or services must be reported in writing via info@mobivital.nl within 14 days of discovery. Mobivital aims to handle complaints within 7 working days.
